  Three - Pass
Fire Tube Boilers
Arrangement of the remaining flue gas passes in the three pass boiler he
fire tube forms the combustion chamber The chosen diameter makes sure
that an unobjectionable flame can develop and a complete burn out is
guaranteed The decision whether plane or corrugated fire tubes are to
be used depends on the diameter and the working pressure
Small steam - generators up to big double-flue boilers are capable for the
combustion of:

  Heavy Oil
  Gas Oil
  Gas
  Waste material

All parts of boiler plant such as boiler, pumps, deaerator, chemical, dosing, water softening, fuel system etc. could be supplied by FAP.

Economizer Advantages
A lowering of the flue gas temperature by 100 ºC
will improve the efficient rate by 5%-points.
No falling below the dew point.
No probes by condensation.
No special requirement on the material for flue
   gas ducts and chimney.
Sufficient thermal buoyancy for the flue gases

Super Heater
The increasing of the steam temperature to a value:
At temperatures up to 2500C the superheater can be
installed in the front reversing chamber.
For temperature ranges up to 4000C the superheater
is arranged directly behind the fire-tube in an exterior,
   water-cooled reversing chamber.

  Control System
Operation safety of boilers is secured by neessary automatic safety components linked into so-called "safety chain" if the any of elements actuates, i.e.
it transmits impulse for fault, the fuel supply is interrupted, and the burner is switched-off or it is not switched-on at start, and a single "fault" is announced as well as optical or acoustic alarm or both.
